Please note: As you may already know, we've been looking to get a new roof and windows at Grianan for some time. Well it looks like this is actually going to happen this Summer/Autumn. Unfortunately this means that we won't be taking any further bookings after June 2009. There will also be some ongoing internal work over the winter. Grianan should be available again for bookings from Spring 2010.
Situated on the beautiful Isle of Iona off the West Coast of Scotland, Grianan is a spectacular house sleeping 10 people across 4 rooms (1 double, 2 twins, and a 4 bed dormitory). It is the perfect place for a family holiday or a quiet getaway.
Unlike many holiday cottages available to rent, Grianan is first and foremost for the family. This is a good thing however, as it's not the blank space you might expect from a holiday home - there are family portraits on the walls, and a wealth of books to choose from (though please don't take them away with you), and no TV is supplied - what do you need a TV for? There's no reception anyway, and just look out the window!
